Relaxing family-friendly property with efficient and wonderfully friendly staff in the night shift. Marvellous and incredible location mostly near the shopping area, and 10 minute walk from a prominent public square. Stylish double room with views of the garden.

Fantastically quiet and yet directly opposite the main station!
Service charges also high by Munich standards. Open wines in the bar only 2 te choice. It is a pity that the windows cannot be opened properly. The booking of external Day-Spa leads to bottlenecks in the use of the swimming pool.

Super location, very nice staff and very clean rooms
Unfortunately the windows to the street side are not triple glazed. It is not possible to sleep with an open window.

This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like a fitness center, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception, I always feel at home. The staff helped me find amazing places during my first stay, a memory I cherish. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

The room service waiters were pleasant, amusing and professonal. The front desk and concierge were incredibly helpful.
The pool area and male changing room were messy -- towels and water everywhere except clean and dry ones. The pool was warmer than the hot tub which concerned me. The front door is where everyone comes out to smoke so entering or exiting one inhales smokes, steps on butts and has to constantly more around and say 'pardon' to get in the door. It reminds me of a pub not a luxury hotel.

Room very nice but a little bit loud, because it is located to the street side. Excellent breakfast. Very good service.

great room but lacking some amenities
The Superior King Room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. The peaceful courtyard view added to the overall comfort of my stay.

Bed was excellent and we were upgraded to a higher standard room overlooking the Hauptbahnhof. Not rated excellent as there were no tea or coffee making facilities and no wifi. However, in every other respect the room and service was excellent.

Relaxing hotel, I really enjoyed its perfect location.
I had a really lovely stay. Everything was very good, responsive staff, stunningly beautiful views of the inner garden. My room was a nice size with a separate bathroom. The restaurant was good, I tried delicious dishes.

This is definitely a business hotel, but with great rooms. The beds were exceptional -- not two twins pushed together, but a full king/queen bed. This hotel is right across from the train station, literally, so this made it very handy as we did our entire trip on the train.
The only hotel that charged extra for breakfast in our two week travels -- at 28 Euros/person, we found some excellent options at the train station across the street.
